Nika™ came to us this spring with the idea that skincare should be sumptuous and alluring rather than brash and borax. We thought of the eastern tradition of combining excellence with elite, rather than fashionable. The idea of using gold and soft mustard for the identity came from an early eastern relic from Russia that resembled Christian iconography.

We developed this identity out of a desire to communicate something very special that has been around the block a few times. The typeface development reflects a very traditional approach to something very scientific.
